Havas Platform offers a wide range of roles across Creative, Media and Communications, and Business Services. The variety of roles available across each cohort differs, with disciplines ranging from Digital and Design to Client Coordination and Data roles. Most roles are hybrid, with each Platformer receiving their own laptop while they’re on the programme.

Eligibility Criteria
Havas Platform is unique. To be eligible to apply for the programme, we'd like for you to:
Be aged over 18
Have no prior experience in our industry
Ideally come from an underrepresented community (including but not limited to; people from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community, care leavers, returners to work, lone parents, ex-offenders and those who are neurodivergent or have a disability).
Can commit to a six-month programme
Must already have a Right to Work in the UK
Paid work
Six-months, full time, paid work experience within a Havas agency.
Real client work
Work as part of a real team, working on real briefs, doing real work, for real clients.
Training
Participate in an extensive training programme which runs throughout the placement.
Group projects
Peer to peer support throughout the programme, including participation in group projects.
Continuous Support
Additional pastoral support to help develop skills and support each Platformers' journey and progression.
